What are the fees for sellers?
A monthly subscription of $12.99 + tax is required for sellers. This plan provides access to all selling features: AI-assisted card listing, offer management, seller dashboard, and TrustScore. No additional commission fees apply on sales.
Why is there a $12.99 + tax/month platform fee for sellers?
These fees allow us to continuously maintain and improve the platform: secure hosting, development of new features, AI-powered card recognition, user support, and transaction protection. By opting for a fixed subscription rather than commissions on each sale, sellers keep 100% of their sale amounts, regardless of volume. It's a transparent and advantageous model for active sellers.
What types of cards can I find on the platform?
Hockey, basketball, baseball, football, and other sports cards. New, vintage, graded, or ungraded cards.
Buying and Selling
How do I buy a card?
Browse the shop, find the card you want, and make an offer to the seller. Once the offer is accepted, follow the payment and shipping steps in your personal space.
How do I sell my cards?
Create an account, subscribe to the seller plan at $12.99 + tax/month, complete your seller profile, then add your cards using our AI-assisted listing tool: take a photo, the AI identifies the card, and it's online in seconds.
What is the difference between a Verified Seller and a Certified Seller?
Verified Seller (turquoise badge): Your seller profile has been reviewed and approved by our team. You can sell on the platform and access all seller features. Certified Seller (gold badge): In addition to profile approval, you have completed identity verification by submitting a valid piece of identification. This upgraded status gives you a distinctive gold badge, increased buyer trust, and better visibility in the shop.
What is the TrustScore?
The TrustScore is a trust rating assigned to each user. It is based on profile completion, transaction history, and behavior on the platform. The higher your score, the more other users will trust you.
Transactions and Security
How does the transaction process work?
Each transaction follows a secure step-by-step process: offer, acceptance, payment, confirmation, shipping, and receipt. Both parties are guided at every step.
What happens in case of a dispute?
